Problem Connecting to netgear cg814wg v2 wireless
Ok here is the problem. I received Charter internet with a Netgear (Junk) CG814WG v2 but driver says v3. Now I have done all trouble shooting in Dell support. The wireless says connected but not able to get on the internet. Have chacked and it has assigned an IP address. Started in Safe mode and nothing. Ran IE w/o addons nothing. Signal is great, everything else is good. Any ideas?

Your Netgear might be junk, but I use nothing but because of how reliable and how easy they are. Can you ping Google.com or 74.125.53.104? I would start by connecting to router (probably 192.168.1.1 - check gateway information), admin/password) and checking settings. I would also call you ISP to make sure you have all the settings needed from them.
