Problem Finding the Wirless Network Adapter!!!
Hello..
I use Windows 7
and I have a problem using the Wirless network because there is no " Wlan adapter" in the adapter sittings in the " networks and sharing center" !
I have installed every possible Wirless driver, even the supported one of Dell.com but the Wirless adapter hasn't appeared at all !
I can only connect to the internet using a cable connected to the DSL rawter. althought any other devices can normally connect to the DSL rawter through its wireless connection.
p.s: the problem appeared when I formated the device and installed another windows 7 version, so I installed all the driver but I have this problem with Wlan connecting..
please help and Thank you so much :)

safiblack,
When you reinstalled the operating system, did you install the Desktop/Notebook system software(if applicable) and the chipset drivers first? If not, the rest of the drivers will fail to install. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order
Start with the Desktop/Notebook system software and the chipset drivers and follow the list.

safiblack,
Download and install in this order...
Dell System Software

Go to Dell Warranty Status enter your service tag number, click on system information. Look and see which adapter you have installed. The go to Drivers & Downloads enter your service tag, then select your operating system. Under network, download and install the drivers.
The download and install Dell QuickSet.
Places to look to see if your Connection is enabled

safiblack,
If you're under warranty, contact Dell Tech Support.
If you're not under warranty, the instructions are on page 35 to get to the wireless adapter in the Dell Inspiron N5010 Servive Manual
