Problem loading pages completely with wired connection

I have Dell Inspiron 15R-5521. If I connect my laptop with a wired ethernet connection, I can connect to the internt but the pages get loaded partially. Sometimes I even get 400-Bad Request. I am not facing this problem when I connect via WiFi. I have dual boot on my Laptop. I am running Ubuntu along with Windows 8.1. I am not facing this problem with Ubuntu which means there is not problem with the internet connection, the cable or the hardware port. I believe it has to do with the Ethernet driver. I tried reinstalling the latest Driver(Network_Driver_DF29H_WN_8.018.0621.2013_A00.EXE) from the Dell site, but it did not help me. Should I install the driver in some other way?
