Hi Dhruvesh,

Request you to use the below link and download WI-FI drivers:

http://dell.to/184MAoI

Select right operating system, under network tab download Wi-Fi drivers depending upon the type of wireless card you have.

Check if it helps. If it doesn’t then I’d suggest that you to change the Advanced card properties of the wireless card and check for the issue. Request you to try following the below steps which might help:

  1. Click on start.
  2. Type device manager in the search box and hit enter.
  3.  When the device manager pops up, in the list please check for ‘Network adapter’.
  4. Please click on the arrow mark beside ‘Network adapter’.
  5. You will find the wireless network card available on your computer.
  6. Right click on Wireless card and select ‘Properties’.
  7. On the Power Management tab uncheck all the boxes and apply the settings.
  8. Next click on ‘Advanced tab’.
  9. Change Roaming Aggressiveness to maximum.
  10. Change the wireless channels in the ‘advanced card properties’ to 11 or 6 and Disable Bluetooth Collaboration.

If you have any other questions do reply to the same thread.
