Problem with Intel PRO/Set Wireless Component

Question

Starting this morning, I've been getting an error message on startup on my laptop. The popup error message says:   ifrmewrk.exe - Unable to Locate Component This application has failed to start because PsRegApi.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.  OK.   I found the .dll file exactly where it was supposed to be in the Bin folder and tried rebooting several times to see if it would find it but the computer just keeps telling that the file was not found. My laptop seemed to be working fine at first even with the error but I now I have found that I cannot print. It seems like these two problems must be related because I never had any problems printing before. I would re-install the application like the message suggests but I have no idea how to do that.   In case it's important, my system is an Inspiron 9200 and I'm running Windows XP.   Can anyone help me out with this?
