Problem with Wifi

hi, I have DELL STUDIO 1555 laptop with win7 (32-bit) installed. I am facing problem wifi, it not able to connect to wifi-network. error shown by windows is "Problem with wireless Adapter or Access Point ". how ever other are able to connect to the same network. I tried Driver re-installation  of drivers but it didn't work. Plz help me

Hi Akashsyn,

Check the wireless connection in Safe mode with networking (restart the computer and tap F8 on dell logo. Select Safemode with networking).If the wireless connections   doesnot work in Safe mode with networking, try updating the update the wireless router's firmware to the latest available.

Check if  we find any yellow exclamation mark or cross mark under Network adapters.

Click “Start”, type “Device Manager” and press enter.

In the “Device Manager” window, click the plus sign next to "Network adapters “to expand it.

Under "Network adapters “check if you find any yellow exclamation mark or red cross on a device.

If the issue still persists, run Network troubleshooter from below link:
