Remote Desktop Connection with Windows XP and Windows 98
Is it possible for me to connect to my other PC with Remote Desktop Connection running Windows 98 from my computer running Windows XP? If so, how?

You may wish to post this in the Software boards, since this board deals more with hardware related issues, rather than getting into detailed software troubleshooting or configuration.

Yes it is!
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/tools/rdclientdl.mspx
You should be able to install that onto the client computer(s) and be able to connect to them.
