Remote Support

I am looking for some advice regarding remote support of other systems.  I live in NJ. and my mother in law lives in CT.  She has absolutely not technical background and relies on me totally to help her with her PC.  Unfortunately, I live too far away to see what she is doing and wanted to find out if there is some way I can remotely access her system.  We both have new systems with XP Pro.  Does any one know of any software on our machines that will allow me to do that?  If so, please let me know where on our desk tops to find the program and how it works.

Thanks,
AJMSLR

Go to Start > Help & Support and type the word remote in the search box.  You will be amazed at how many questions can be answered by the help files on your computer.

My response was not useless.  Why not point you to a place where the instructions are completely written out and you can have access any time you want.  Again, the Help files contain a load of information. Whenever I don't know how to do something in Windows that's the first place I look.  Did you look there, or were you just too offended by my response?  Sorry that you took my attempt at help the wrong way.

Steve,
I was under the impression the community forum was for people interested in helping others with problems or questions.  If all you can offer in a reply is a useless, sarcastic response, I invite you not to reply to my questions in the future.  You obviously have nothing valuable to offer.
