SIM Card
I have a laptop dell E5450 - I have put a sim card - it does have a slot for a sim card, but it doesn`t work. I can`t find in the options to have other internet except the WLAN. What should I do?

Sorry to tell you, but most new laptops higher grade have a SIM card slots but WWAN cards ( 4G / LTE PCI-E cards ) are Optional
You should be able to find out from parts for your model what card will work with it and purchase it from DELL or maybe for it elsewhere by part number.
