The only suggestion I can make, if you have updated all the video and wireless drivers on your laptop, is to try and roll Windows back to a restore point prior to the connection stopping to work.
I'm assuming, from what you wrote, that you're wireless connecting between the TV and the laptop. If so, is there a connection listed in the wireless listings on your system? Can you delete that connection and then try and rebuild it?
Let me know if the restore option works since that is the best idea I can think of right now.
