Sending E Mail with attachments in Outook Express

I am attempting to send an e-mail with a resume (which is in my document file) and when I hit send I receive a message...Host SMPT not found. Error # 0x800CCCOD

SMTP is 'Simple Mail Transfer Protocol'. It is usually used to send mail from a mail client to a mail server. When you setup (configure) your email program, you should specify your SMTP server just as you did for your POP server.
