Systems Properties Network ID button disabled
All,
Need instructions on how to enable my Network ID button to use the wizard to connect to my company's domain.
I have a Inspiron 6000 that is about 1 month old.
Steps I've taken: Navigated to systems properties - right click control panel, selected properties, selected computer name. Network ID button disable (greyed-out)
I've contacted tech support through their chat option but the technical could not help. Technical said
"it is a software setting that needs to be changed, I am into hardware so I can check if the hard ware is fine, but cannot change any setting on the system" that's a direct quote from our chat transcript.
I was told to call the phone support group and pay to received this information, as if!
If someone in this forum has the instructions on how I can enable my Network ID button to begin using the Network Identification Wizard to add my company's domain that would be great and sincerely appreciated.
Thanks,
Ohio75
