Travel Mouse Dell doesn't work
My travel mouse has batteries and the red laser seems to work fine. However, when I press the blue button to make the mouse discoverable, the blue light doesn't blink.
Any clue of what might have happened?

Hi Javier Ochoa,
Press and hold the button for few seconds to make the mouse discoverable. In case the mouse is not discoverable; it could be a hardware failure with the mouse.

Hi Harish,
I press and hold the button but nothing happens. Hence, it may be a hardware failure.
Is it likely for a general hardware technician to fix the mouse?

Did you purchase the mouse along with the system? If yes check the system warranty from the below link and provide the system tag through a private message.
