Unable to Install Drivers for NIC, e100b325.sys error

Hi.

After reformating my Inspiron 510M I cant install the drivers for the NIC, I get the error  "An error occurred while copying file e100b325.sys.  Cannot copy file to
destination directory."   I've downloaded the Intel driver pack - PRO2KXP and extracted the files and used the e100b325 file from there when re-installing the
driver, which it accepts, but then says an error occurred and I get the usual yellow exclamation mark on the NIC.

Can anyone Help?
