Unable to access the network
Dell Inspiron N7110
I constantly get this message:
Unable to access the network
Err_network_access_denied
I have Google chrome and it is allowed through my firewall. I have tried countless ways including going into my start and going through the code screen. It will randomly start working again when I've done nothing, but when it doesn't work everything that I try to bring back up fails. I'm successfully connected to the internet and have good service as I'm typing this up on the very same internet through my phone. Can anyone help? Why is my laptop always doing this?

KTH429,
Check Control Panel->Internet Options->Connections Tab-> Lan Settings Button. Make sure Automatically detect settings is the only check mark. Close all browsers and try again. You can also click the link below for information on resolving wifi issues.

I had tried that option before. I ended up just taking my computer to a store for help. I guess one of my softwares was blocking the internet connection. Still don't fully understand why as I haven't changed any software over the years and this internet error randomly happens and then usually goes back to normal after a day or two. In any case, it is fixed for the time being. Thank you for your response.
