Wireless keyboards and KVM switches have always been problematic. I have successfully used Microsoft PS/2 wireless desktops with Belkin KVM switches. I am now using a Belkin USB KVM switch with a Logitech wireless desktop. Some of the extended features on Microsoft wireless desktops will not work on some KVM switches. I only use the default Mouse and Keyboard drivers, never third party
Thanks for your reply.I understand that my Dell Keyboard connects via radio waves as opposed to standard wireless keyboards????Do you know if the Belkin switch is compatable with this type. Sorry if this dosn't make sense but I'm a bit out of my depth on this.

Wireless is wireless, the only difference is the frequency used, which makes no difference to the KVM switch. It sees a USB device.

Will it still see a USB Device on the XPS1 as its not connected to a USB Port. Unless I'm missing something and its connected internally.
