Vostro, linksys, intel n wireless
Vostro 1400 with Vista Ultimate, Intel 4965 wireless n card, Linksys 150n router.
Router has the latest firmware.
Max speed I can get is 130mbps. And the speed fluctates wildly. I have read that I should be able to get 270mbps.
It makes no different how close to the Linksys I am, I still only get 130.
I have read that that you have to have 3 antennas to get 270. And the Vostro only has 2 antennas. Is that correct?
Thoughts, suggestions or questions appreciated.

also to get the best through put the router and all adapters should be the same mfr..Linksys stuff has been known not to play together well with different mfr adapters...

Ok, so who makes wireless routers that will play nice with my intel 4965 agn internal mini card?
