WIFI ADAPTER CARD FOR OPTIPLEX 745 DESKTOP?
Can anyone tell me if I can purchase a cheap wifi adapter card. Thanks. Specs state 2 slots, one PCI one PCI Express. Checked spare parts and saw graphics and controller cards.

You can either go for a PCI wireless card or a USB wireless card which you can connect to the USB port on your system without opening the system tower. There are various PCI wireless cards and USB wireless cards available. You can check from the below links:
