Hi,

It sounds, since you just installed Windows, that you need to go in and install all the drivers in the correct order. Hopefully that will resolve the error messages that you're seeing.  You also need to make sure that the user account you're logged in on when trying to install these drivers has administrative rights in Windows 10 to allow it to install software and updates.

Try installing the drivers in order and see if that clears up the problems you're having.  To better help me troubleshoot this issue please right click on my Dell Todd username and send me a private message with the Dell Service Tag of your Inspiron 5559.   Please keep all discussions and troubleshooting here in this public thread so that others can see what is discussed.

Thank you,

Todd

I have only one account in my pc and that have all the administrative power . I visited the dell site and entered my service tag and downloaded all the drivers and application but wifi dual band driver and one driver from chipset did not installed. I earlier told that audio also not working and lan also working even after drivers are installed and multi touch also not working although drivers are installed.

Hello,

The Chipset is one of the most basic, and needed, drivers that allows Windows to run many components. That should be the first or second driver that you install.   What message were you getting when you tried to install that specific driver?

You may want to take a look at performing a Reset of Windows and see if that will resolve / correct whatever issue is blocking you from being able to update those drivers.

Hello,

No, sorry. What happens when you try to install the Intel Chipset driver, not the network (wireless or wired) drivers.

Intel Chipset Driver for the Inspiron 5559 Windows 10 64-bit version

Please install that driver and tell me what happens.   If that works correctly then delete all the current networking drivers out of Device Manager, reboot your system, and then try to install the network drivers again.

Please let me know what happens.

Todd
