What Is Modem Helper??
I have some software called Modem Helper that came with my Dell 8300. So far I have been unable to determine the purpose and function of the software. What is it used for?

Modem helper is a small application which will help diagnose modem problems, install modem drivers and validate the proper operation of your modem. It is located on the driver CD for your modem. You can also download it from this link:
