Wi-fi network connection dosn't have a valid IP. Limited connection

Any help will be appreciated. I've tried everything I can think off or found on the net. Just rec'd new Inspiron 20 (Model 3048) All-in One PC. OS = Windows 8.1

Trying to connect to an Access Point, which has other computers and devices linked to it with no problems.
