A "code 10" error usually indicates that the device driver is not properly installed or configured. Here are some steps you can try to fix the issue:

  1. Make sure that the wireless adapter is properly inserted into the computer and that it is enabled in the BIOS.

  2. Try using the Windows troubleshooter to diagnose and fix the issue. To do this, go to Control Panel > Troubleshooting > Hardware and Sound > Configure a device.

  3. If the troubleshooter doesn't work, try uninstalling the wireless adapter driver completely and then reinstalling it. You can do this by going to Device Manager, right-clicking on the wireless adapter, and selecting "Uninstall device". Then, go to the manufacturer's website and download the latest driver for your device.

  4. If none of these steps work, you may want to try replacing the wireless adapter with a new one. This will require opening up your computer, so if you're not comfortable doing this, you may want to take it to a professional.

Hopefully one of these steps will help you get your wifi working again. Good luck!
