Wireless Zero Connection (WZC) service

Unable to connect to a wireless network.  When I look in the available wireless networks, system does not connect to my wireless network.   The error message is the following:

Windows cannot configure this wireless connection.

If you have enabled another program to manage this wireless connection, use that software.

If you want Windows to configure this wireless connection, start the Wirelss Zero Configuration (WZC) service.  For more information about starting the WZC service, see article 8871122 in the Microsoft Knowledge Base on the microsoft.com site.

Can anyone help me with this?

Go to Start > Run and type services.msc then click OK.  Find the Wireless Zero Configuration Service in the list and double click on it.  Set the startup type to Automatic and Start the service.
