XPS 8920 Wifi is incredibly slow.
Hi, we've just upgraded from a 5 year old HP.
Out of the box our new Dell has had incredibly slow wifi.
So far I have installed the latest WiFi drivers but we are still only getting 1mbps while downloading, whereas on the old HP we reguarly got 50+ mbps from the same exact location in the house.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Can you let me know what wireless card is in the system?

Thanks for the reply. The card in device manager is listed as:
Intel (R) Dual Band Wireless - AC 3165.
Through device manager I updated this to the latest version.

Great, a PM. I have the same exact issue and it would have been great to see a possible solution. Bought it today and will return it Monday. This is a joke.

What is the solution for this? I also have XPS 8920 with Intel Dual Band AC 3165 and it is downloading at 30-40 Mbps (while my iPhone downloads at 200 Mbps).
