big trouble with wifi it gives me code 43 for generic bluetooth adapter
i buy my dell laptop inspiration n 5050 from 3 months it works fine till the last week. i cant see any connected wifi in the network icon when i go to the device manager i found yellow icon beside generic bluetooth adapter and it give this details
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
location: Port_#0004.Hub_#0004
i install anew windows but the same problem also i format all partitions without fixed> i try to install this generic bluetooth adapter from dell drivers cd but it doesnot complete it > it stop at active bluetooth it seema like it searching for it but it doesnot responf after long time> also i download fix it from microsoft but it see the problem without finding the solution
so please help me

Hi,
The error code signifies that the driver software that you are trying to install is either not compatible or the device may be turned off. Hence, would suggest you to first check if the Bluetooth device for the system is on.
I would recommend you to check the compatibility of the device in the Microsoft Compatibility Center. Use the link below:

If it is compatible, use the Device Manager to find if the driver is installed, you may follow the steps below:
1. Click on Start and type Device Manager.
2. Click on the device showing the yellow exclamation mark. When there is a yellow exclamation mark it means that Device Manager can't find the device driver. Hence, go to "Use Windows Update to find a device driver."
3. Once installed, close the Device Manager and restart your computer.
If the issue still persists run the device in Vista Compatibility mode. For steps by step instructions refer to the link:

Thanks for the information. Please perform hardware diagnostics by running the Microsoft Fixit as it will automatically diagnose and fix problems with hardware. Use the link below:
