dell 15 3521 wifi hotspot drivers problam

hi,i have dell 15 3521

i had the dell wireless 1703 driver 3.0.1.155

i had a problam with the qualcomm atheros hotspot i think it was vr 1.1.0.0

i was looking for a newer driver from qualcomm but didnt find....so i tried to update my wireless 1703 driver to Dell Wireless 1703/1705 WiFi Version 10.0.0.263,A00

unfortantly after i updated that driver it deleted the atheros hotspot program....

and tried to roll the update back but it still doesnt show the atheros hotspot.

i looked for atheros hotspot on the internet and found it but i cant download things from unvarified sites....and it looks like qualcomm doesnt offer the driver (atheros hotspot) download from it site.

any idea how to get my hotspot back?
