dell.com's chat not working.
I can't get technical support via chat at dell.com. Both IE and Firefox are being wrongly recognized as Google's Chrome. Here's the error that I got:
Please note: We apologize for the inconvenience, however, Google’s “Chrome” Browser is not compatible with our Chat application.
To access chat support or chat sales, please choose a different browser.
Thanks in advance.
BTW: It seems there's no categories neither tags to talk about dell.com's issues.
