dell vostro 3360 ethernet driver

i got new vostro 3360 and i do not find the ethernet controller. its say "

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There is no driver selected for the device information set or element.


To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver."

and if i click its not found anything

what i need to do?

Hi cline.tahar,

I recommend Network drivers update for the computer.

  1. Visit the following website: http://dell.to/Mbe3zg
  2. Enter the Service tag of the computer in the box provided and click “Submit”.
  3. In the next page, click drop down arrow to select the Operating System which is installed in the computer.
  4. Under category Network, select the right network drivers accordingly and click “Download File” and save the file on desktop.
  5. Run the downloaded file and restart the system.

If you do not have access to the internet with Vostro 3360, I suggest you to copy the drivers on a Disk or a flash drive by following the above steps from a different computer and install the drivers from the Disk/USB flash drive in Vostro 3360.

Try connecting to the internet after installing the drivers and post the results.
