error appear when connect xps 13 9350 to internet

hi

I have issue with my laptop ,when I try to connect my laptop to the Wi-Fi of iPhone (personal hotspot)  I

received error that need to restart  the laptop, also happen when I connected to Huawei router.

xps 13 9350 

win 10
