If you've reinstalled XP, you'll need the Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility as well as the Intel 10/100 LOM driver for your 4600.
The chipset driver should always be installed first, after a reinstall of XP.
Here's the complete list of available XP drivers for the 4600.
