When you installed Windows 7 (32-bit or 64-bit) did you install the desktop/notebook utility and the chipset drivers first? If not the rest of the drivers will fail to install. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order If you cannot find Windows 7 drivers, then try using the Vista (or XP) 32-bit drivers, for Windows 7 32-bit of the Vista (or XP) 64-bit drivers for Windows 7 64-bit and install the drivers in the Compatibility mode
thank you for your response sir ive seen the order of installation of drivers even then the problem is not rectified. bluetooth software is provided by intel. im thnkg that software provided by windows7 is not sufficient to provide the driver. if there is any alternative for this please suggest me sir.
The go to Dell Warranty Status enter your service tag number and click on original configuration. There you'll see which wireless adapter you have installed. Then go to Drivers & Downloads enter your service tag number and download the drivers for your wireless adapter.
thank you for your response sir i've reinstalled all the drivers in the order given by you. the problem remains as it is. im uploading the image of the driver which is not installed.
thank u for ur response sir i've searched in start menu bt im not getting any bttray icon even i dnt have an option to control bluetooth manually. it starts with wifi but im having an option to control wifi individually
sir, the problem what i'm facing is with driver "bluetooth peripheral device driver" is not installing with the bluetooth drivers it is showing error in the deivce manager.
I have Windows 7 installed. I know Vista also had this feature but I think XP does not. I know it was on the Studio and XPS models, If Dell QuickSet is installed, it adds items to the Windows Mobility Center.
Start, Run, type...
cmd
Hit enter, then type
bttray
Hit enter. Does the bluetooth icon appear in the system tray?
Does the bluetooth adapter show in the device manager?
If Vista/Windows 7 the bluetooth adapter should show in System Information at the bottom where the network adapters are listed.

raja vemparala,
The description for the Intel Centrino wireless N 1030 adapter is...
Connects to Bluetooth enabled devices such as mice, keyboards and
headsets.
I would try...
Start, in search, type
bttray
Hit enter. This should put the Bluetooth icon in the system tray, near clock. You should be able to enable it from there.
