While an ISP will say it supports V.92, that does not mean they support MOH (though most do). When I used dial up, I loved MOH...

1.) Ask (or loook at their support pages) your ISP specifically if they support Modem on Hold.
2.) Ask (or loook at their support pages) your ISP if ALL of their dial up numbers support MOH ( the ISP I used had a list of dial up numbers, and only about 3 oout of about 12 local numbers supported it, so I had to delete the non supported numbers from my dial up list)
3.) Post your modem model and driver version, as well as what MOH software you are using. While it will probably mean nothing to me, someone else may see it and be more able to help.
4.) Also, who is your ISP?

Good luck!!!
