netwaiting? modem helper?

Hello. I have a dimension 2100, windows XP with a conexant hsf v.92 modem. I can't seem to find the option to turn on MOH, nor can I find Netwaiting software. I understand the v.92 modems are supposed to include this.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks in advance, Mikeg.

Read through this thread... There is information you may find helpful, along with some links to try to get your MOH up and running.

klbf is correct.... your ISP must support MOH, and you must have Call Waiting (make sure it is not disabled when you dial your ISP) from the phone company...
