no network available

Hello,

Can someone help me? This is the the third time I have to reinstall the network on my Latitude D505. The other 2 times it worked by going to the save mode, deleting the network and wireless network (doesn't connect too). Then going back to Windows XP Pro, and the laptop reinstalled the drivers.  But this time I still can't connect after reinstallation.

Eric is it a wireless network or ethernet or both which is not working or show up. Well the best way to resolve drivers installation problem is restalling windows, so I will advice you to try and reinstall windows, if possible clean installation.
But do u have the driver installation cd? if u have try looking through the zipped file folder which may have the required driver file.
Sometimes the best way to install drivers for some devices in windows xp which I hope u are using is to allow the operating system search for the inf. files in the driver folder rather than running the setup file.
