Thanks, but we figured it out by sheer dumb luck. Our McAfee Security Software had disabled our Outlook Express. We were just checking for hacker and virus activity and noticed that Outlook Express was blocked. Don't know how it happened, but now it works. Dell Online Chat was of no use. As a matter of fact, I think I was chating with someone from Seoul Korea if the activity on McAfee was correct.
