problem with studio 1535

Question

I've bought a new studio 1535 laptop runs under Vista Home premium version installed on it but I found a very strange problem , new WLM never works , I installed an old version and it worked but it takes a very long time to log in and makes my lap very heavy so approximately no program work during that period. One time it took about 40 mins to log in . Also I can't download any product from windows site. Can anyone help me with that irritating problem ??

But I have no warranty in my country. Do you have any solution for that ??
