"Support Center" Trying to Open at Startup

I recently ran into a situation where a "support center" box keeps opening on my computer at startup. It appears to be looking for a CD-ROM, which it can't find since there's no disc loaded and I'm not trying to open this.

Has anyone else encountered this and discovered a fix?
