weird problem connecting 2 aol

i cant connect to aol when via wireless when 2 or more of my s/n in names are on at once if lets say me wife and her brother are signed on then i cant sign in via wireless  but if wife or her brother signs off i can sign on via wireless but then who ever  signed off cant reconnect while im on wireless  but if im wired all three of us can connect fine no problems i talked to aol they cant figure it out please email me at nameci1313@aol.com w/ suggestions
