1525 laptop locks up.
My 1525 laptop locks up when I put it to sleep either by closing the lid or using the Sleep facility in the shutdown option.
The computer starts up but I am unable to type in any program, ie Windows Mail, Internet Explorer and Word etc.
I am using Vista.

I have been getting a error that reads like this.
CONFIGURING UPDATES 3 OF 3 ....0% -99%....THEN IT WILL START OVER AGAIN AND IT WOULD DO IT OVER AND OVER TIME AFTER TIME.
What can I do?
