Can't see my post anywhere

Hello to all,

I've posted yesterday in the Inspiron session but still can't find my post anywhere in the session, nor even in my own profile (although it appears as Post: 1)

I've requested help from a Dell member via inbox, but I just keep having my request ignored.

I'm sure it is not cache or anything like it. Since my warranty ended a month ago, I'm wondering if that's the reason. Is it, Dell?
