Dell register screen

I have a new Studio laptop and when I turn it on, there is a Dell program that come sup asking me to register now, later or decline. It sits smack int he middle of my screen. It does not allow me to do any of the above and I cannot get ti to go away. Any ideas of how to get this off my page would be appreciated!
