Desk Top``
When I hit properties to change the wall paper on my Dell Desk top nothing happend The wall paper that is on there will not go away. I have tryed properties and desk top theams vI am new at this so please bear with me.

IS this correct: you right mouse click, select properties, go in to desktop, select the wallpaper you wish to use, click apply and it will not change the desktop wallpaper?
