Having problems with driver
I have a dell inspiron 1525 and the problem goes as:
It is a built in burner/reader on my laptop
Device type: DVD/CD-ROM Drive
Error Message:
Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

See THIS Microsoft article on fixing the Code 19 error. Fortunately this tech article has info for both Vista and XP. You need to always include your Operating System, along with the PC model on any initial problem post. There are different procedures, many times, for different Operating Systems.
