I have a Partner login, but no Premier login
As a new small business I have just become a Dell Partner. I can login as my Partner account, but when I click on Premier login, I get an overlay dialog saying "You have no access groups".
If I choose to "Retrieve Different Profile", and enter my Dell Partner login details I'm told they're incorrect.
I'm asking here because my account manager doesn't seem to understand the issue (or I don't - one of us doesn't).
