Identify the program that is always running when I log on
Using Dell desktop Dimension 3000, Windows XP, Firefox 3.5 Logging on slow....any ideas out there? .
No Events found!

Afraid that's kind of a vague question - could be a lot of things. But if you're just looking for a general guide on how to find startup programs and determine which ones you need or not, these are pretty comprehensive:
