Issue with DELL XCD35 Back button

Hi,

We had done online purchase of DELL XCD 35 mobile from Sulekha.com about 3 weeks ago. As Back/Refresh button is not functioning, we have submitted the mobile @Accel Care centre, Secunderabad about 2 weeks back. they have been asking us to wait for more days. We are not sure whether we can get this mobile back or not. We tried to contact the customer care 1800-425-4050 more than 10 times. No one is picking up the call. May be they are playing with Customers and also with their patience. I have not seen this poor service with any of customer cares previously.It would be better if we can get the amount back from them, so that we can purchase another mobile.

From doing a BBB Search, it looks like sulekha.com is a liquidator/merchandise company.

 

Did you recieve the product? If yes, you can try registering the product. Registering your Dell Product

 

If not, this sounds like something you should dispute with your credit card company. Since this was not purchased through Dell.com, I'm not sure there is much that Dell can do, unless the product is registered.
