Potential Malware Infiltration

I am trying to remove malware, virus's and trojans from my computer. I have gone a couple of years without an Anti-Virus Protection and was downloading a file when I was hit with virus's. W32/Gaobot.worm.gen.u, & Win32/R Bot.3eu!worm is what was indicated. I have since installed McAfee and even contacted them for assistance with removing the virus's. They did a search and found nothing. Before they did this I did research on these and removed some files such as msa.exe on my computer. I am still having problems with blue screen crashes and when I search online for info on virus's I get the following message numerous times, "Host was not found, host does not have DNS entry or connection to DNS server is down". I am concerned that my computer is completely unsecured. Today, I  was searching a forum in McAfee that gave a free downloaded scan called HijackThis. I have a log created by this scan noted below. There direction was to have a Community check out my log and assist if possible. Any assistance is appreciated.
