(Redirected) Troubles with Customer Service

Dell didn't ship my computer as stated on the order. I had to call in and email support to get it shipped. Then, no one corrected the ship date on the order, which has impacted the warranty. I can't seem to get anyone to understand this. (A couple of other issues have arisen because of bad customer service.)

How do I get anyone to help me?

Service requests do not show the original email, nor do they have a short overview of phone calls. Emails from new support people don't show what was entered on the service request, so I don't know what SR they are referencing (I tried to set up three separate issues, but you can't open an SR regarding bad information introduced by a Dell support person).
