Still waiting for my order
I ordered a Dell Inspiron 17 on November 26, 2009 and I am still waiting for it. I called customer service (order status) several times and cannot get an answer as to why my order is taking this long. I am very frustrated and don't know what else to do. I don't want to cancel my order but I think I will have to if I don't receive it soon. Can someone at Dell assist me with this?

You need to contact Dell again. This is a user to user forum, so we can't help.

Thanks. You guys are better the Dell Customer Service. All they do is read off a piece of paper.
