What is a good Graphics card for the Dell Dimension 5150.
Right now im looking at the Nvidia 8600, does it work with my Computer?

What one? the only two that will fit are the 8800GT and the 8800GS, both of which are great cards. ALthough the 4670 is a better deal than both of them, and is faster than a 8800GS but slower than a 8800GT.

would i need to upgrade my PSU? I think mine is at 305W im not sure if my power can support these cards.

Yes it does. I would recomend that you get a 4650, it is MUCH faster and almost the same price.
